do) is that the whole event became so personalised,
to such an extent that your & your staff appeared
as our friends, rather than as people who were providing
us with a service, which on many occasions went well
beyond the call of duty that could be expected. We both
feel that this sort of feeling would not have been possible
at many other hotels & venues at the top end of
the market that also charge 4 & 5 times as much
to provide a lesser service level."
