The Ty Newydd Country Hotel with its relaxed informal atmosphere and stunning location makes the perfect venue for a Business meeting or event.

Conveniently situated just off the A4059 and within 30 minutes of both Swansea and Cardiff, the idyllic rural setting combined with the relaxed atmosphere and unobtrusive service make the Ty Newydd Country Hotel a unique and inspiring venue to suit every business occasion whether it be a sales or board meeting, corporate hospitality event, a new product launch, exhibition, an important presentation or an executive brainstorming session.

Our naturally lit air-conditioned conference rooms cater for between ten and 250 delegates.

Our chef will prepare menus to suit your individual business requirements, including working lunches. These may be discreetly served in your meeting room or alternatively, light buffets and lunches may be taken in our private dining room, thereby optimising conference time.

High Speed Wireless Internet Access

Enjoy the benefits of high speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel. Guests can surf the internet and check e-mails. All meeting rooms, bedrooms and lounge & restaurant areas are covered.

Team Activities

A physical challenge can build team spirit and boost morale. A range of outdoor pursuits, including but not limited to Archery, Abseiling/Climbing, Canoeing, Caving, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Gorge/Hill Walking, Coasteering/Mountaineering, Open Boating/Canadian Canoeing, Kayaking (inland & sea), Sailing, Mountain Biking, Pony Trekking/Horse Riding, Raft Building and Quad Biking.

Accommodation

Each of the twenty eight en suite bedrooms are spacious and afford every modern comfort. Each room is individually furnished and equipped with digital telephones and internet connections all have stunning views of the Brecon Beacons or Neath valley, providing a relaxed atmosphere, which is perfect either to prepare for, or to unwind after, intensive business functions.

Partners

Partners are welcome to accompany a delegate already occupying a double room for an additional cost of £20 per night to include full English Breakfast.

Exclusive Use

Should you require it, the hotel can be made available for your exclusive use, as no other guests will be able to use the hotel during your stay you ensure no unnecessary distractions; perfect for meetings or events requiring a little more privacy. There will be no additional charge for exclusive use provided at least 20 rooms are booked. For bookings requiring 19 rooms or less there may be an additional charge.

Car Parking

The hotel has car parking for 100 cars.
