Q. Can we bring children?
We are delighted to welcome children of any age. We have six family rooms which can accommodate two adults along with up to four children. Cots and high chairs are provided at no extra charge.

Q. Are there facilities for the disabled?
We have three ground floor rooms that are accessible for wheelchair users with extra wide doors, ramps, handrails and low switches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Restaurant and function suites are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible. Please let us know when booking, of any disability so we can ensure you have a enjoyable stay.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Guests are welcome to smoke in the residence and function room bars but we ask that you do not smoke in the Restaurant. All bedrooms are non smoking rooms.

Q. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Our Chef provides a wide and excellent choice for vegetarians, and we will be happy to try and accommodate other dietary needs if you let us know when booking.

Q. Is there a dress code?
We would prefer that guests did not wear jeans and trainers in the Restaurant during the evenings, but otherwise we want you to be comfortable and relaxed when you are staying with us.

Q. Can we bring pets?
Pets can have full run of our grounds but we do not allow them to sleep in the guest bedrooms or in the public rooms. Most guests are happy for their dogs to sleep in their owner's car.

Q. What time can we check in?
Rooms are not usually available to guests before 2:00 pm on the day of arrival, but you are very welcome to leave your luggage at reception and make use of the restaurants and garden. We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure but, again, you are welcome to use the hotel facilities for the rest of the day.

Q. Can we use mobile phones?
You are welcome to use mobile phones anywhere in the hotel, but we do ask that you are considerate and respect other guests' peace and comfort.

Q. Can you arrange or suggest days out and places to visit?
We would be delighted to! You will find plenty of suggestions both here and in your room, when you arrive. If you have any questions or special requests, please ask us at reception.
